DCT Aviation is a flight school offering FAA-certified training programs for aspiring pilots, adhering to established regulations.

• Private Pilot Certificate: DCT Aviation follows 14 CFR 61.109 regulations, requiring a minimum of 40 flight hours, with 20 hours of instruction, including cross-country and night flights. Additionally, 10 hours of solo flight, including cross-country solo, are essential.
• Instrument Rating: The program aligns with 14 CFR 61.65, demanding 40 hours of actual or simulated instrument time, with 15 hours of instructor-led training, 3 hours for the practical test, and 50 hours of cross-country flight as pilot in command.
• Commercial Pilot: Complying with 14 CFR, § 61, Subpart F, this program necessitates a minimum of 250 flight hours, with specific aircraft and cross-country requirements, along with training in key areas of operation and solo flight time.
• Multi-Engine Training: While lacking a specific FAA-set hour requirement, this training usually comprises about 10 flight hours and 4 hours of ground instruction. The goal is to meet FAA Practical Test Standards for the Private or Commercial Multi-Engine rating.
